Immanuel’s Classroom

Everyone welcome. No sewing/quilting experience necessary.

Come help us tie quilts to be given to Orphan Grain Train.

Quilts are one of OGT’s favorite things to receive and ship. Children in their 90 orphanages especially love getting colorful, warm quilts. Their buildings are oftentimes not heated and outside temperatures can reach –20 degrees.

Mission Opportunity

As a service project, Mission Club members are putting together quilts to be given to Orphan Grain Train, Clemons, Ia.

Quilts are one of OGT’s favorite things to receive and ship. Children in their 90 orphanages especially love getting colorful, warm quilts. Their buildings are oftentimes not heated and outside temperatures can reach –20 degrees.

A quilt top consists of 48 blocks to be sewn together, straight-line sewing only and in the privacy of your own home at your own convenience. If interested in putting a top together, please contact Lois Kundel at (563) 370-0086. Thank you!
