Sunday School meets on Sunday mornings from 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Immanuel Lutheran Church Sunday School offers Bible-based programs for all ages. We have fun learning about God’s Word and would love for your family to join us!
Curriculum
The Sunday School lessons follow our Pastor's weekly sermon themes, so the messages from our worship services are carried into the classroom. These lessons then help the children focus on biblical literacy, learn about God’s plan of salvation, the life and ministry of Jesus, and the growth of the early church as recorded in the Gospels and Acts.
Classes are grouped by age, so students
learn and grow in faith alongside their peers. Every week, students across all
age levels explore the same Bible stories.
Classes
Our Pre-K - 2nd grade class studies the Bible story by engaging students with crafts, posters, props, and activities. The class meets in the West Sunday School room of Schember Hall.
Our 3rd - 5th grade class is given a hands-on way to learn and internalize the Bible story through crafts, games, puppets, and more. The class meets in the East Sunday School room of Schember Hall.

Our Young Adults class, 6th - 12th grades, is studying the book Looking for God in
Harry Potter by John Granger, a Big Screen Bible Study. In addition, the students will also discuss current events and Sermon points.
