The board of Trustees has responsibility for the physical property of Immanuel. This includes repair and maintenance of  electro-mechanical systems, building infrastructure, general maintenance and outside grounds upkeep.  Anyone with a heart to serve in applying their talents or learning new skills is welcome.

1. Be responsible for the administration of all church properties;

2. Attend to the proper care and maintenance of all buildings and other property of the congregation, including necessary insurance;

3. See to the proper use and upkeep of equipment, and that such equipment and all supplies are in sufficient quantity;

4. Select and supervise the custodian;

5. Promote and supervise volunteer work on church property;

6. Comply with all fire, safety, and sanitary ordinances;

7. Make an annual inventory of all church property.
